June Sunshine Thread!!!!!! June is Wedding Month. Who has a anniversary, Birthday or what ever this month.

Now we have some aniversaries coming up. Mine is June 7th. We will be celabrating (38 years)We are taking a Motorcyle trip down the senic Missippi River down into Iowa. It will be an exciting trip. Just planted Shrubs. two snowballs and two azalea bushes. Now onto my garden befor the bugs come out. Happy ANNIVERSARY!!!! Happy Birthday. I notice there are 40 birthdays today. We will also go on a hike & picnic on the actual day. We usually plan our "active holiday" for June but this year we had to put it off to late August/early September since youngest DS is getting married on July 7th and we will have to travel for that. Also have oldest son's birthday this month (18th) and his wife's on the 30th. So all in all a busy month. My late husband and I were married on June 6th many years ago. I was given a second chance with a second husband whom I married on June 23. It was Father's Day when we got married - I handed out the Father's Day cards to fathers and uncles and one grandfather at my reception. 39 years sound like such a long time, but it sure has gone fast. ------ Barb

I will most likely celebrate by wearing a me-made dress and going swing dancing! That will be 8 weeks after surgery (hysterectomy) so it will be the first dancing in a while... looking forward to it! Happy to all in everything today. Tomorrow we will be leaving on our motorcyle trip. We will be going down the river road. (The Mighty Mississippi River) Then from there who know where. We decided to see america on motorcycle. Seanic routes. If you know of any please post. I will check in from time to time to see what is Here. Thanks. They went from Detroit out to Idaho & then to Yellowstone & back.... They said so beautiful on the bikes but the blood clots were almost deadly. .... Have a beautiful trip! .... Safe & friendly travels.... Big smile... Me waving bye ..... ------ I am a gal from Kalamazoo.... oh what a gal... smile.... It is in Michigan... la la la ...love that Glen Miller classic!
