Learning about knits? Swatches!

Date: 6/8/12 9:03 AM Christine Jonson's latest swatch collection consists of "more than 70 quality knit and woven fabrics. It also includes the fabric information sheet with the content, care, width, stretch and recovery of each fabric." The price? $6. IMO, this is simply the best way to learn about fabrics...see them, touch them, feel them (toss them on the bed and roll in them ) No affiliation; just a huge believer in fabric swatches for learning about fabrics. My Beloved Berry Rouge rayon/Lycra knit is one of hers, as well as some prints. Linda at EmmaOneSock just listed a link for purchasing a Pantone color guide. I just ordered that, too, to help wrestle with this still new-to-me online fabric purchasing.
