How do the classes work? not sure if the computer can deal with it

I took a bust adjustment class. Mine had a lot of information to download to my computer and I worked on it in my own time, then attended the chats when they had them (I think there were 3 for it) for questions over the material and to clarify the lessons if you needed it. Sometimes the chat lags on me, but for the most part I had no issues at all with the class.
