Date: 6/17/12 9:39 AM I have the beginnings of the same problem. I found ibuprofen still works for me at this point. There are exercises and massage that can help too. I remember my grandmother's hands as she taught me to knit and I fear I am headed that same path of gnarled joints. I will just keep working them because what else will I do when I'm an old woman?? ------ Sewing: A creative mess is better than tidy idleness. ~Author Unknown
