Ruffle-front blouse pattern

Date: 6/17/12 1:27 PM I purchased some fabulous fabric on clearance yesterday and am picturing a really cute ruffle-front top like the one below. Has anyone seen a pattern similar to this? The brown fabric in the first photo is what I'm planning to use. And the top I love: Even if you haven't seen a pattern that matches, I'd appreciate pattern suggestions that are somewhat similar and wouldn't be too difficult to make.Thanks in advance!
