Leather Crown for a Child Did I see that here somewhere?

Does this ring a bell with anyone? Does anyone know where I might find directions? I can figure out the crown part but the fastening and being able to make it adjustable is something I need a little help with. Any info would be appreciated! Thank you! Jt
