period costume drama alert film "a royal affair"

Login to reply to this post Like this post Date: 6/23/12 2:10 PM I've just been to see a new film which covers the story of the king and queen of Denmark, during the 1700's, and the affair the queen had with the king's doctor. Apart from being an excellent and interesting film, I really enjoyed watching all the gorgeous costumes. A lot of work went in to the fit, and detail. I've no idea what costumes looked like in Denmark during this era, so cant comment on historical accuracy.
