1 member likes this. Date: 6/25/12 9:13 PM I went out of town for the weekend and he decided to clean up our unfinished bonus room. Yep, he found the fabric I had in there. He told me he didn't think I needed to buy any more fabric for a long time. Sure, I don't *need* anymore but I doubt it will stop me! |

Date: 6/25/12 9:40 PM I clicked on this topic because I was thinking about the "stash" my DH has occasionally found in our son's room. LOL, you can see where my mind is!

Date: 6/25/12 10:08 PM We were redecorating last year and all my fabric stashed in various spots around the house emerged to be placed in one spot.
DH then said you really do need a sewing space and now I have a nice sewing room with all my stash and machines etc ------ Wellington, NZ |

If I recall. being stoned requires M and Ms.. that could explain why so many sewers love chocolate. in fact. a lot of talk of food goes on here at PR.. hmmmmm.... |

Date: 6/25/12 11:03 PM Hubbie has never said a word about this until tonight. He heard me laughing and wanted to know what was so funny. I told him about the 'found' stashes. He pointed out that although all of my fabric is in plain sight that I am on a first name basis with one of the online retailers - pretty good comeback for a hubbie, right?
He was quite pleased with his humor but I was already sharing his laugh as I pointed out that it wasn't a concern until we could park two vehicles in our two car garage. Being such a smart and long lasting hubbie, he was quick to share my laugh too.
And we both laughed again when I offered to give up the online retailer for a parking spot in the garage. He'd be showering me with gift certificates before he would let that happen.
Thanks, ladies. ------ I have no idea what Apple thought I was saying so be a Peach and credit anything bizarre to auto correct. |
