I hope to go tomorrow when I can use the car. ... Anyone buy any yet? ... What do you think worth taking the trip there this year? .... last year I got some very very nice yarn to make up a few scarves. I just got some Everyday Debra Norville yarn .... very tempting lots of yarn of all brands on big sale.... ; ) They are still marking down so maybe I just MIGHT go again next week..... The Everyday yarn I bought was $2.67 a skein & regular price is $4.99 each. Some of the specialty yarns are $2.99 regular $6.99 each... I did not notice if any were less than $2.67 today. He had not done the sock yarns yet though or the really puffy yarns (I do not know what those are called). No needles or crochet hooks on sale yet. Here is what I got...Mint Chocolate Chip Everyday by Deborah Norville & Pine Green Every day by Deborah Norville. I bought 2 of each. I wish they had more of the Mint Chocolate Chip but there were only 2 when I was at Hobby Lobby. Most of the clearance sale yarns have several of each color for sale. Last year I bought Bamboo Ewe on sale... I would not recommend that if you are making anything that needs washing very often it does not seem to hold up very well IMO. I scored 2 Red Heart green sparkly. .. very pretty & a good price too. Of course next to that are rubber stamps on sale 40% off! Those seldom go on sale so of course I had to buy one of those for Christmas time...
