Anybody else heard anything?

My dearest wish is to have Bernina come out with a machine that doesn't give me a reason to *not* buy it.

Kathy Soja, head of Pfaff/Viking's software support told us in a webinar that there will be a software that has been designed specifically for Apple/Mac users available in the fall. According to my dealer & Kathy, it will not be the same as the Pfaff/Viking software as it's specifically done for the Mac. Don't know what capabilities it will have. I think the dealer said it would around Oct.

I hope that it will come with much more support than the version they had for the 7570 years ago. A Mac version was created and that was it

Well, the dealer that told me about it said that it's going to have a $2,300 price on it.

I'm assuming it should do everything that the current full-blown PeeCee software does at that price.

I did.

Do you think it's the same software the Pfaff/Viking dealer was referring to?

I bet it is. My search for a local source turned up with Viking dealers, almost all of them in Joann stores. I wish the website would let me click on a maker and confirm if my model was compatible...not that I'm going to spend $2500+...
