One takes an hour to make and look nice when done. They come in a lot of colors. What would you charge for one?

I will take some pictures of mine (have to make a couple) and see if they look similar to what you have used. Thanks!

They are made out of nylon mesh. I strip them and crochet them together. Then I stuff them with the same material. I've known people that have used them to clean the bugs off their car (yes, gross) and they said it doesn't scratch and others who have bought them to clean chicken eggs (gathered from laying hens). Not that eggs are gross just what they are cleaning off.

I've sold them in the past for $1.00 each but that is ridiculous. I will post a pic soon. Thanks!

I received two of them as part of a Christmas gift and still have them a year and a half later. I found several tutorials on the Internet and made some. They are the best thing I've used for scrubbing nonstick pans, regular bakeware and dishes. The ones I was given were orange and are now a brownish orange. I made some yellow ones that do not stay clean-looking even though I rinse them out after use. I would recommend using darker colors of nylon net for that reason. The tutorials that I liked best were a combination of single and double crochet and did not require stuffing the inside. I bought two yards of yellow and gave away 3 of them, made two for myself and still have some net left.

I found an old pic! yippee! I wanted you to know what I was talking about. LOL

The reason I'm asking is I may sell them on consignment. I'm just trying to figure out how much to charge. Thanks!

In my opinion, if they take an hour to make, you should get $20 for it. But that might be a tad high...

Yes, $20 is a bit above the normal budget for scrubbers. But I like that idea!

I try to make them when I am going on a trip (and I'm not driving of course) or watching TV. There really isn't any way I can get my labor out of it. I enjoy making them because, let's face it, how many projects can be completed in an hour? OK, I have heard of the 10 minute table runner... but..........

Also, I am not sure how putting yarn + the nylon mesh would do together.

I like making kitchen stuff. I guess because I like to cook. I also like making bags but they do take a bit longer.
