Date: 7/9/12 11:30 AM Scrapbookers have been talking about "smash" books. It's a free form type of scrapbook where they put anything and everything they want to keep.
Often a Moleskin notebook is used (but you can use anything you'd like). I thought it would be fun to start one to put little sketches of outfits i see that I like, fabric swatches, patterns I want to try, etc.
Here's the commercial video that got me thinking about how cool this would be for sewing:

1 member likes this. Subject: Smash books Date: 7/9/12 2:38 PM I think it was GLButterfly (I might be wrong) that pointed me out to Fashionary. It works the same way, but you have A LOT of information at your fingertips specifically for sewing and fashion design. |

Date: 7/10/12 1:34 AM Smash books - kind of like Pinterest, but "old school". Everything old is new again I'm not familiar with fashionary, but it sounds good. I'll have to check it out. ------ blog: encue.blogspot.com
