Date: 7/11/12 3:06 PM Michael's Fabrics is having a big sale, I just ordered 14 yards of fabric. Lots of really lovely cotton fabrics. We are talking low, low prices. I love them, everything I have bought from the is fantastic. Warning, their shipping can be high. But for these deals I can live with it.

I ordered on Sunday and got my shipment notice today. And yeah, the shipping's higher than I'll usually pay, but the total was still less than my FabricMart order for the same amount of yardage, and this all should be equal or better quality than that.

A little shiny. Or not shiny, but, well, fancy. I bought some selvedge wool, too. I liked the color but had no idea what I was actually going to get! It is very fine, and yet a little coarse... like cotton. It has a nice drape, and one side is very slightly brushed. I really like the seersucker from there, too. The colors seem to be menswear colors and patterns, but I have been floored by the quality. It is just beautiful, beautiful fabric.

They are beautiful!! One of them has pretty colored wools, the other has 4 closeout fabrics, and the last one has a new set of shirtings. They told me to let my friends know, so i figured i'd share with you guys.

Beautiful solid wools in jewel tones, and a stunning navy camel hair at a reasonable price, and much more!! also a new set of italian shirtings, they are beautiful!! I sure am in trouble this time!!

I was eying the brown sueded cotton they have for a nightgown-- and maybe the gray and white flannel too. And the orchid colored oxford...
