A question about moving bust darts...

I appreciate any help so much! I am teaching myself as I go. I'm working on a muslin for Colette's Sorbetto for myself. Everything's going fairly smoothly and I was about to call the muslin "done", but I have growing concern about where the points of the bust darts lie, which is right smack at the bust point. This is not right,...right? What can I expect to happen to the fit of the top if I move the point over?

The first chapter is all about darts, and it will answer all of your questions about moving them, shortening them, manipulating them however you want. It's *exceptionally* clear. Your local public library will almost certainly have a copy. It's an old book (reprinted about a squillion times), and I understand that the older versions may have a slightly different title. I also had to move my bust darts when I did that top - I found them crazy high.
