Date: 7/12/12 11:45 AM Has anyone changed the cowl to a simple "v" opening? Love the style but don't look good in a cowl neck. Or does anyone know of a pattern similar to this, with a "v" neck ?
Thank you once again. |

Date: 7/12/12 4:34 PM I searched on Vogue 1260 to see how the cowl was drafted, but I got this pattern, which doesn't have a cowl neck. |

Date: 7/12/12 5:47 PM I'm sorry for confusion. I listed the pattern incorrectly. I corrected it on later post. It should have been V1250. Thank you for your time in looking it up. |

Date: 7/27/12 1:16 PM Vogue 8647 has some similar or at least nice style elements-- pleats at the shoulder, sleeve options. Apparently sewn it has more of a rounded V than a pure V.
There are lots of V neck dress styles from the big 4. What elements from the dress drew you to it? It may be easier to incorporate the feature liked than to change the neckline. |
