Date: 7/12/12 1:31 PM Anyone started thinking about fall wardrobe sewing?
(Or in our family we say are you in the thinking about planning stage?)
So far I'm liking: military-inspired DVF wrap dress, peplum top/skirt, sheath dress, chanel jacket....some tailored pants and white shirt, so I guess tailored classics with a twist....any other ideas thoughts musings? ------

 1 member likes this. I don't normally start thinking about my fall wardrobe until August. It's hot here! That being said, I normally look at the trends of the season and pick one or two to do
From these I'd chose 'military minded' and 'golden child.'
And hey, there's no reason I shouldn't start hitting up pattern and fabric sales now! ------

Thinking about planning WHILE hoping there's at least one idea that will work for me. I do plan on making at least one skirt. Wouldn't mind a jacket with a peplum too, if I see an interesting pattern, but I need to take care of the important stuff I have trouble buying.
Anyone seen the fall colors yet? I haven't. |
