I looked through the reviews and there were a couple of really helpful reviews, but I just need a better idea of whether it's going to be worth my time sewing this one up for me. I have had this pattern for a long time and have collected a few buckles to use with it. I was hoping to get it sewn up in time to enter into the Pattern Stash contest, but not if I'm not going to wear it. I don't know about a pact, though. That sounds really serious! I've got a cardigan cut out, and need to make a top for my daughter. That should get done in a day, so I'll potentially have a couple of days to get the scarf top done. You need to do a little fiddling (depending on your fabric) with the scarf where it hits the CF. I found that my muslin (icky thin poly) was fine, then when I made the slightly thicker fabric it bunched up.

She'd be petite plus size ie size 16. When I made up this top for myself, I did a test to get the construction and fit right. If I make it for Mum, I'll keep the neckline as is but add width to the front and back bodices. She's a DD size so I'll also add room here as well.
