The zucchini is starting to come in and last night DH reminded me of an appetizer at the Bonita Store Restaurant in Bonita, CA, we once had many years ago. He said it was zucchini that was quartered the long way and had a breading on it.
Would anyone remember this appetizer, and how they think it might have been prepared? I'm thinking it was deep fried, and DH wants some. I remember there was deep fried brie, but he doesn't like that. Thank you.
