MY Image Magazine. Seam allowances???????

I'm making a size 38/10 for my niece. What I want to know from those that had sewed from this magazine. DO I HAVE TO ADD SEAM ALLOWANCES. There is nothing in there. If there is I can't find it. Sooo do i have to put in seam allowances or not. From my thinking i have to add. I don't have the edition you mention but in the one I own, in the instruction part, for each pattern there's a sentence below the line 'cut to size' which reads '(Sizes are exclusive seams)'.
