Sonoma Diet/Lifeplan Success stories among you?

I like the fact they don't cut all carbs, whole wheat is fine. Mindset change and mindless eating are hard at retirement age--especially looking for more energy, as there are also a lot of meds which tire him. I pretty much cook like this now, think the hardest change is making a bigger lunch, as we tend to grab what's around fast. What was your biggest hurdle and favorite new recipes?

The weight is less but the stomach uncomfortable--I know beans, which there a lot of...!

I found it when making my shopping list for Penzey's Spices. You'll want to check Penzey's also, everything is fresh and premium quality. Their salt free blends are amazing. PM me your address and I'll send some spice samples.
