The blocks are 'framed flowers' and 'square in a square' Not my original, but taken from a book. I loved the design so much, and am making it for my adopted grand daughter [son's partner's little girl] who is very interested in my quilting, and loves all the colours of the rainbow I think I shall machine quilt an outline around the block shapes, but I have a stencil for dragonflies and butterflies, which I am going to hand quilt onto the corners of the framed flower blocks, and along the borders. ------ Multi-lingual [fluent in many machines] Dream like you will live forever, Live like you'll die today Quilting is my passion, but chocolate comes a close second I am only responsible for what I say, not for what you understand

The border is 3 inches wide. Finished size around 66 x 90. I used fabric called 'emmas flowers' and a selection of other fabrics.
