is there a way to lower the drapeyness so its lower cut? |

Date: 8/2/12 6:39 PM It looks like this cowl is kind of a faux cowl. The neck is a separate piece like a big tube that is sewn onto the neckline. To lower it lower the bodice neckline to where you want it. Then I would measure the new neckline and add circumference to the tube to match. |
