In search of good knit fabric Suggested sources

Is there a source out there that has some nice mid weight knits....cotton knits and sweater knits, maybe even with a little Lycra for some good recovery...that will hold up? I agree with the others too, but honestly fabric.com and fabricmart fit my budget a whole lot better unless it is for something special. fabric.com a time or two a year gets in cotton lycra and I load up on it in a rainbow of colors. I love their cotton lycra. TheFabricfairy.com also has very very nice cotton lycras. They cater more to kids prints, but not exclusively. Spandex House also has a very good quality cotton lycra knit..a weightier cotton lycra...very reasonable prices...a more limited color selection. These are of a more substantial weight not a light featherweight. They send swatches very quickly without charge...at least last time I ordered there was no charge.

Lynnrow: I saw your 8/3 post last night re: stylearc top in the baby lock shop and I realized that the knits I'm working with just don't measure up!
