does anyone have any advice in construction as I've never done this before. |

Date: 8/18/12 0:32 AM Hi Calendria, cute dress. I would cut out your FF and lining, Probably interface the armholes in the lining with a narrow facing (iron on 2"), Sew the side seams for each. Put the two right sides together and sew the arm holes. Press, turn, top stitch the arm holes. (I'm assuming the casing for the shoulder strap is an extension of the dress)
Follow the directions for the strap and the casing. |

Date: 8/19/12 4:20 PM is there another way to give stability to the underarms as I am sewing in godets to make more room for my hips and behind.
any ideas? |
