Date: 8/18/12 10:33 AM Soapy, warm water. Wash by hand.
Or, you can use this spray that is purposely formulated for cleaning the plastic hoops.
Don't be surprised by the things people say works for them, like aftershave lotion.
You do not want a product that could harm the hoop. |

Date: 8/18/12 1:23 PM Thanks, PattiAnn. Just cleaned my quilting ruler that got sprayed accidentally and now it is like new. Sometimes the most simple solutions are the best. |

Date: 8/19/12 10:43 AM Sally Beauty Supply sells GiGi Sure Clean, an all-purpose surface cleanser intended for paraffin wax warmers. I learned about it during a 2-day embroidery workshop soon after getting my first embroidery machine. The 16 oz. bottle I bought about 18 months ago is still nearly full...a little goes a long way. I use it with cotton balls and swabs. Little or no residue. Works for me! ------ Indecision may or may not be my problem. -Jimmy Buffet
