I saw this ad on Craigslist today for a Baby Brother machine. I had never heard of this. It looks cute.

It's super cute, and yes, a lovely and tempting pink.

That is probably pretty rare. I've looked at used sewing machines for years now on ebay and I've never seen that. Grab while you can. Can always sell it to Pigling

The Baby Brother Sewing Machine was sold by Cragston Toy Company. The machine measures 7" x 7" x 4"

Cragstan was a toy marketing and distribution firm based in New York and imported post-war Japanese battery-operated and mechanical toys. The company's main focus was on toys with multiple -mechanical- actions, for example robots, and made sure the Cragstan name and logo appeared on their packaging in which they were sold.

I checked ebay using the search term "vintage toy sewing machines" and found some similar machines but they were different brands. Definatly would be fun to collect these cute little machines. I didn't dig around online long enough to determine the value of the Baby Brother, but some of the similar Russian machines on ebay are selling for right around $50.
