Went to a release party for the new V series and bought the Quattro 2. Getting the machine with luggage, a laptop and PE NEXT software, $110 gift cert, 4 year warranty and servicing and didn't have to have a trade in. With tax $8300 Yeah! |

On my radar someday: Babylock Serger, and some machine for travel.
My dearest wish is to have Bernina come out with a machine that doesn't give me a reason to *not* buy it.

Date: 8/25/12 1:47 AM Congratulations!
I saw the Dreamweaver and the Quattro side by side today at the quilt show.
The Dreamweaver actually does not give the impression of being that much bigger than the Quattro. I mean it is not a "startling" difference.
The Brother rep told me the Quattro 2 was actually a better deal right now with their current promotion, but normally it will be about $2000 more than the Dreamweaver. I did not get an exact price on the Dreamweaver. ------ Bernina 820, Babylock Audrey, BL Embellisher, BL Evolution Serger |
