Thread caught in Bobbin Latch Pfaff Hobby 301

In fact the 301 is a great machine (I sewed A LOT of garments on it before upgrading to a different machine). Having said all that, when was the last time your machine was serviced and got a good cleaning and the timing was checked? Perhaps that is all it needs - worth a try. In my experience, sewing machines don't heal themselves and sometimes an annoying quirk like what you have listed will grow into a something worse. ------ Kemish
