Chenile's review inspired us to start this fun challenge. Want to make the reviews even more fun? Take Chenile's lead and take a photo of yourself in the same pose as the pattern envelope. Remember, the pattern can be something you've sewn before also. We just need a photo. You can edit your review and change the photo and post a link to your review here.

How fun! I'll sew something up just to mimic the pattern model . . .

I try to copy the model sometimes - this is one from awhile ago now.

Simplicity 3833 dress

Not as interesting as lying on your back for the photo though!

Can't wait to see the photo's!
For me, the hardest part was getting in position with just a 10 sec timer on my camera, the out takes were even funnier, and no you don't get to see those!

Well I gave it my best shot this morning with the 5 dresses and 1 jacket I just reviewed. While it initially felt silly, the pictures aren't the same boring shots I normally post
Thanks for the prompt Deepika.

I'm going to have to make some of those new weird posed Vogues- just to see if I can get this old body in those positions!

I think I'll start with this one.

Sharon -
Step 1: Rent penthouse apartment in New York City (let's see, 1 day @$20,000/mo...)
Step 2: Purchase lots of double stick tape
Step 3: Obtain headache - that's the easy part after Step 1

This is such a fun idea! Those Vogue pattern covers get weirder by the season!

I will try, but I am not sure it's possible for me to duplicate some of those poses!
