Word from one of my BL Ellisimo groups is that BL/Designer's Galllery announced at the Babylock convention that EmbroideryWorks Everyday and Advanced will be available on MAC later this year. I believe they are also putting out a guidebook for it as well.

Yes I heard this! Embroidery software has traditionally been Windows from the start, which is strange since graphics software is always Mac based. I have always thought that embroidery software should be more similar to graphics software (and be mac based) so this is exciting to me.
I will be doing the training for all the Designer's Gallery software in the Baby Lock dealership I work in so it will be a new experience to learn on a Mac..have been using a commercial windows based software for 16 yrs.

Brian Bailie? His Essentials software can be purchased for Windows or Mac.

Perhaps this is why DG is going in the same direction.

By the way, the board I read this information on the software just posted that existing DG EmbroideryWorks owners will be able to download the Mac version for free when available and the software will be sold like Embrilliance with one disk for Windows and Mac.
