Mine has season tickets for the Texans. I happily put the game on TV while he is gone. He and his buds like to tailgate.
All Day.
Seriously, they leave by 8:30 in the morning and don't get home til after 5 for a noon game. Woohoo! An entire weekend day to my self at least 8 Sundays a year (counting for night games...)------

Date: 9/2/12 12:50 PM Hockey Night in Canada starts Oct 11th. That takes care of Saturdays from about 4pm onwards. It's my prime sewing time. |

Date: 9/2/12 3:33 PM I'm jealous. Mine isn't into sports, he's retired (age 54) and going to college, mostly online...at home. I'm trapped!
He does WORK at the games to help his singing group once in a great while (which ends tonight), but not enough time for me to start anything.

He's home but happily watching the games, fixing his favorite football food, and asking how my sewing is going. :D ------
