Date: 9/4/12 10:54 PM I was just testing the serger I recently bought used after threading it. I might had forgotten to disengage the right looper and now it looks like it had clashed and twisted (looped towards me) after sewing a row of 3 thread flatlock. Can someone help me how to move the looper back to position. It's rubbing against the other loopers.
Thanks. |

Date: 9/5/12 10:01 PM Unfortunately I think you may need a technician. Usually with a problem like this, even though you may push the looper back your timing will likely be out and that's not really something you do yourself.

Date: 9/6/12 2:37 AM Hi Sue!
Thanks for your reply. I think I should send it in too. I was just so eager to test it out after purchasing it. It's my first Pfaff serger though used. I think I forgot to disengage the looper and it somehow slipped or jammed and and slipped.
Thanks again.
