Date: 9/10/12 8:19 PM I stumbled upon Fiesta Fabric recently and was wondering if anyone knew much about them. I haven't actually placed an order yet, but it looks like you can get at least some of their materials by the yard -- for some of the lowest prices I've ever seen.
Has anyone ordered from them before? If so, how was it? Are they actually just a wholesaler and I'll find out about a minimum when I actually try to buy the things in my cart?
The shipping fee is a bit steep, but other than that, this place seems too good to be true. ------ Humor, DIY escapades, pop culture, kitsch and creative miscellany from a bipolar bureaucrat with a sewing machine, a bottle of prozac, and an occasionally loose grip on reality -- http://sewciopathic.com ... plus, stuff for sale(!) at sewciopathic.etsy.com. |

Date: 9/11/12 7:35 AM The site looks interesting - I hope someone provides some more insight. I find it a little confusing - it just lists a fabric and a price which is guess is per yard but it's a little vague. They say they can print your own design too but doesn't say much about it. Their wording is a little different in some places. I just put "3" of something in the cart and tried to check out and got a security warning in firefox saying the site is untrusted and could be impersonating the site if I normally connect without problems - this doesn't always mean anything but makes me wonder. |

Date: 9/11/12 10:36 PM I sent an email asking them about what units the fabric is sold in -- hopefully it's yards, but if it's half yards, the prices would suddenly make far more sense. I'll post if/when I hear back. |
