Date: 9/25/12 4:42 PM It's a very similar arrangement to my closet sewing room. Hi Five there, closet buddy!
What sort of doors do you have on your closet? Or do you? I took mine off so as to let the stash spread out But I'd had the ironing board stored on the back of it so then it was a bit of a problem to find space for it. |

Date: 9/25/12 4:51 PM What an incredible use of space! I'm curious to find out just how big your closet is and if you've taken off the doors. ------ "We don't impose our rhythm on Nature. The key is to respect and live within Her." Jean-Charles Boisset, Winemaker

Date: 9/25/12 5:11 PM Well,to respond to both your questions,I have a 10ft long closet and I only have 2 doors and one of them slides behind the first one .I took off the other two because they were not even attached to the top. It's a very high closet with 2 shelves on the top(not shown )where I keep bed linens ,towels, some clothes, etc. Also,I have a space to the right where I have shelves to store clothes and more sheets .To the left where that mirrored door is I store my fabric stash in bins.Yeah, more fabric, lol! |

Date: 9/26/12 10:28 AM I used to have a computer desk in a closet... never thought about a sewing machine, but that's really clever, and you've managed to fit so much in there! |

Date: 10/7/12 5:46 PM Hi! I also used a walk in closet in a spare bedroom to make a sewing room. My stepfather helped me build an extra set of shelves and a desk. I keep the ironing board in the spare bedroom because it takes up too much room in the sewing room.
