Date: 9/28/12 7:53 PM So I'm sewing this at the last minute for my daughters engagement party and I'm worried those tucks are going to pooch (sp?) at the bottom because they stop so abruptly. Is there a secret to either sewing these tucks? It really is a straight line down from circle to circle so I'm not seeing an opportunity for a gradual approach to bottom circle.
Any help appreciated!

Date: 9/28/12 8:05 PM They won't pooch, just make sure you align the dots properly and they will become the drape. ------ "A girl should be two things: classy and fabulous.”

Date: 9/29/12 0:15 AM Hey, you're right!! And in a surprising turn of events this dress actually fits me and looks half way decent.
One more question. Does anyone know how to keep the darts from pooching? I sewed them how I usually sew darts but ... Also how do you press them flat? Do you cut the dart down the center?
I'm almost there. This really could happen.
