Date: 9/29/12 9:20 AM I got my machine back yesterday after having it cleaned and repaired. My problem is that when I change the length of the stitch, my bobbin thread jams up. I am still having the problem! I just wondered if I am doing something wrong, or if I need to send the machine back! I only related the jam to the stitch change after I got the machine back. When I watch the bobbin thread, the casing is not turning far enough to push the thread back up, and jams and knots and hates my guts! Any help or advice anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated!!! |

Date: 9/30/12 8:44 PM I'm bumping this up so that maybe someone more skilled than me can help you.
That being said, did you have problems before it was serviced? Either way, I would send it back stating that the problem was not fixed. If they are able to get the machine to perform adequately at the shop, then ask for someone to show you what you are doing wrong. Again, either way, the shop should help you resolve the issue.
Now we will wait for more tech savvy ppl to reply. ------ http://sewtarot.blogspot.com/
