Date: 10/2/12 1:39 AM Hi, I just bought my first serger never used one before. The one that I have bought is used and does not have the manual. I tried to print it on the brother website but I could not for some reason. I wanted to see if anyone had a copy they could send me. I would deeply appreciate it. I am not sure how to start on this serger. So I plan on going in a having someone show me how to work the Serger. Does anyone know a good book that I should get for a beginner. Well Thank you for your input. |

Date: 10/2/12 6:33 AM The 929d is nearly identical to the 1034d so you should be able to use the instruction manual for that machine. Threading is the same. Check out the Brother 1034 thread for more tips and ideas of how to use your machine.

If I were a sewing machine, all I would have to do is lift up my foot and all my tension would be gone.
