Two years ago I made the softie pumpkins , actually 30 of them. I sold 20 at a women's luncheon, the proceeds went to our local dog shelter, the leftovers became gifts and table top decor. I found some wicker cornucopias and sprayed them gold, the sales display was covered in black velvet. I was so happy to see them fly out the door.
I love the candy corn, and may have to whip up a dozen for my Halloween display. I mix Day of the Dead and Halloween. The kids here are more interested in Halloween than Day of the Dead. This is sad because Day of the Dead is authentic.
Anyway, thank you for the candy corn pattern I am serving pumpkin soup on Saturday, and the corn will be nice favors for my guests, ------ Baja Susana
