A website called, "Fashion Freaks" has men and women patterns for those who use wheelchairs. The patterns are free. They also have a section on adapting RTW clothes.

This site seems very helpful. I stumbled on the site by accident.

I love this! What a great idea, for an often-overlook segment of the population. Thanks so much for sharing this.

I have made the pants pattern for my sister. I used a stretch denim and omitted the front zip to reduce bulk as she needs a low seat belt in her wheelchair. It is a great pattern and the dart in the back side seam is great for people mostly sitting.
