can't upload photo

I keep getting a message saying photo cannot be uploaded. I've been putting in reviews for years now and this is the first time this has happened. I enter everything and at the very end when they ask if you want to upload a photo, I keep getting this message saying "photo cannot be uploaded." I have tried quite a few times, even done a second review. At the spot when it usually asks you to upload the thumbnail, when you do, it tells me the photo can't be uploaded. I have also noticed that the login link is displayed at the top, so I think it can't identify me and therefore won't display the photo, if that is any help. When trying to upload the thumbnail from inside the edit screen, it won't save it. ------ Taking in is happier than letting out. Sydney, Australia

I've also noticed that, even though there are new reviews (I can see them on the home page and as a 'list') but not at the link of 'review gallery'.
