Gallery won't update

I went to edit, to upload the thumbnail and it allowed me to select the file. Looked like everything was good, but when I posted it, it did not give an error message, it just didn't upload the thumbnail. I was doing some housecleaning on the site on Saturday (20th) and broke the script which allowed members to upload thumbnails for their pattern reviews. Which is why they werent showing up in the gallery. This was fixed late on 20th. And we also updated the reviews posted on the 20th so they all have thumbnails now.
