Does anyone recognize this woman and designer? Dovina? Dior?

I thought this was Richard Avedon shot of Dovina wearing Dior but I am probably wrong. Does anyone know for sure?

They're almost at the end of the photo series here.

Ok, thanks. I was hoping to find a book or website with a better photos but knowing the model should help. Don't have time to look now but I'll see if I can dig something up later. That outfit screams to me and I have to have it!

The model is named Kouka and I think from the link I've listed below say she is a Dior model, and the design inspiration was the Eiffel tower.
