Pattern for dressy jersey top Can anyone suggest a good one?

I have just made three Sewaholic "Renfrew" tops with a scoop neck and long sleeves. I really love them and their fit. I now want to make something similar but less casual and more dressy. I own RTW tops that are a wrap style that are gathered at one side. The gathers are more like pleats, not ruching. Would like something like this. Any recommendations anyone?

I want to use stretch jersey fabric so I don't think this is the pattern for me. Thanks for the suggestion though.

I have looked at the reviews on it and the neckline on the crossover version seems to differ quite a bit on the made up versions of the reviewers. A few people commented that the crossover part has the wrong placement over the bust. Don't know if that happens if the neck line is raised or whether it is just a body shape thing. I would make this on a regular sewing machine as I do not own a serger, so don't know if this would work well. What is your opinion. Knitstitcher ...... your name suggests you use knit fabrics. Have you any more jersey fabric pattern recommendations? What sewing machin/serger do you use?
