Just wondering if any of you know off the top of your heads know of a pattern that is similar to this style of dress on Rosi button's blog? Check out her cute blog while your there.
I can add the ruffle myself but it looks like a great dress pattern for summer. I don't particularly want a bias cut dress but I won't be picky. Thanks in advance ladies. Rosi Button

Have a look at Serendipity Studio patterns. You will need to make a muslin if you are tallish to ensure the empire line sits correctly. (I made the Diane Kimono dress and had to lengthen the bodice.) I'm going to make it again for our summer.
Her book contains a skirt, dress/tunic and jacket patterns.
The designer has also produced patterns for Mccalls.

I'm not sure exactly which features of this dress you like best. I have a couple of suggestions, which are "inspired by" rather than an exact match. They don't have the gathering. The blogger added the gathering herself, so you could always do that too, or otherwise there are plenty of other patterns out there that do have it and you could mix and match.
New Look 6615 (OOP but available on Ebay, Etsy etc.)
