Cranberry-Pecan Clusters Candy for the holidays
oldcountrygirl   Advanced Beginner FL USA Member since 4/1/11 Posts: 23	Login to reply to this post Like this post Date: 11/2/12 6:08 AM Cranberry-Pecan Clusters 1 cup chopped pecans 1 8 oz. package white chocolate morsels 1 cup dried cranberries Preheat oven to 350º. Place pecans on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 7 to 10 minutes, or until toasted. In a microwave safe bowl, microwave white chocolate morsels on HIGH for 30 second intervals until melted, stirring halfway through cooking time (approximately 2 minutes total) and checking often to prevent scorching. Stir until white chocolate is completely melted. Add pecans and dried cranberries, stirring until completely coated with white chocolate. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let set. Store in an airtight container. Yield: 2 dozen
