I have an unlined stretch suede skirt that needs hemmed,, I guess I could just top stitch the hem, but is there a better way..

Pattern is Burda 3117 view B.

If you don't want the hem to show, you can glue it. Glue is used to "press" open the seam allowances in leather construction; I'm sure it would work for a narrow hem in suede.

You don't have to put in a hem, you can leave the edge raw. Did a search on that # and couldn't find it.

My grandmother taught me to sew when I was 10, and I've been sewing ever since.

I had taken a suede jacket to the tailor to shorten the sleeves. He glued them. He stated that for suede and leather, he'll use glue rather than sewing. It looks better and holds better.
