Date: 11/7/12 7:57 AM I just saw a posting on Facebook that Craftsy is sponsoring a warm items collection. I have a couple of baby quilts that could keep a little one very warm and cozy. Paying my own postage is worth it to get these to a good home.
Wanted to share because I know many of us have unfinished projects just looking for a reason to move on

Date: 11/7/12 8:11 AM This is great and something I can do quickly. eQuilter wanted us to send twin size quilts, no lap quilts or baby quilts, and that takes a while. But this is more "can do quickly" stuff. Thanks for the link. I'll send it on to friends. ------ "We don't impose our rhythm on Nature. The key is to respect and live within Her." Date: 11/7/12 5:43 PM Thanks for posting. I have a couple things (afghan, knitted wool socks, etc.) already finished that I was going to give to a charity but this will be much better. My heart goes out to these folks and I won't mind paying postage, either. |
