my husbands wall hanging

It is done and hanging on his wall. I am glad it is done. He likes it. I told myself I would be done by Thanksgiving and I finished it. I'll review it on Monday.

This is my 2nd quilt. The first one is much larger and I will start the binding on that one this weekend.

I really enjoy quilting. I love to play with fabrics, colors and pictures. I recently discovered how much fun applique can be. As I love making pictures, landscape quilting can be challenging, but seeing the picture come to life is so rewarding.

It's wonderful! Did you add a hanging sleeve? I always forget on mine!

It is just beautiful, and the binding sets it off like a painting. I am sure your husband is really pleased, and I hope that you are also.

No sleeve and no label. I will work on learning my new 630's alphabet and then make a label to hand sew on.

Thank you for the encouragement.
Now I have to do the binding on the tropical one.

Congratulations! It looks wonderful - and only your 2nd quilt? Wow! How much did you enjoy making the quilt? Quilting looks so difficult to do, I'm always impressed and awed by them.
