He lives next door and there is a neat ally area behind his house where we took these pics. I love how bright the fabrics look -- just like real life -- and I can tell the fabrics apart -- in my pics they all sorta blend into one fabric.

I am so excited!

It might be time for me to save up some cash and buy a new camera.

I love taking pics and - mine is just not reliable anymore.

Gorgeous contrast with the juxtaposition of matte bricks and vibrant colors!! Wow, it makes the quilt really pop.

I always thought your pics looked fine. but then my eyes aren't so good.. So I can only add that I think considering how great your quilts looks.. you deserve a camera that shows them off .. hoping Santa brings you the camera you want for Christmas..

Portland, Your quilts just blow me away. Your are an Art Quilter in every sense of the word! You should have a gallery exhibit, no joke.

I really have to step up and take better pics of my quilts. I love photography and studied it a bit in school -- I slack off on that end.

I have some quilts on display around town -- but, would love to get into a fancy gallery - or, even some pricey shops.

But, I want the details of the work to be better -- Im happy with the look of my work -- but, i want parts of the details of the work to get better.
