Thank you for finding those for us! Typical January fare then: lounging clothes and costumes. Not sure that anyone, ever, wants to be a 5-person Hungry Caterpillar!

Thanks, ChristineX!

That's the dress I have fallen in love with once I saw it in the December's magazine preview:

and the original burda pattern from the 50ies/60ies:

Other than that, I haven't seen anything yet that I'd be particularly interested in but that could be subject to change once the technical drawings are out.

I loved that dress too, but I wondered if it was the petite pattern.

I went kind of far up the numbers but I really hope this top is part of the Jan. Edition. I think it is plus size! The last three numbers are 680.

I PROTEST! Its still November, this is like those Christmas decorations that show up before Halloween!
I just started tracing my favorite pattern from October, I refuse to look!

OK, maybe I'll peek just once...

The awkward moment when you realize that the plus size model wearing a 44 is way slimmer that you in your size 38 ...

Frankly, I am more and more inspired by the "plus" sizes styles than the regular ones. Except for the fact I have small breasts, the overall look is more like me. And that is true not only for Burda but also for what I see in magazines, catalogs, etc. as well.

I wonder if grading down a pattern from 44 to 38 would be too difficult.

Oh, I'll certainly buy it, if only for the very first dress - I've bought a cute "sailing boats" print in London that I want to make a Horrockses-shaped dress with. This may fit the bill (I only have 1.5m of fabric, so can only make a simplified version)
